Photo uploading issues

Howdy. I've just added a gig - www.wotgigs.com/dev/add-a-gig/eventdetail/124/-/richard-hawley - but one of the photos won't upload (it's 2.4mb, 2141 x 3777 pixels). Also, the photos that did upload aren't displayed in the order I uploaded (and wanted them to appear). Any suggestions? Thanks.
