Uploading Photo`s ect.

On the Gig Events the Max image is 3.00 mb

I can`t seem to suss out how to get my Images smaller
So I`ve just posted Programs and photos on the message section
Is this OK or are there other ways

I have increased to upload limit to be 20mb - let me know if this works OK for you
