Gig Description

I was lucky enough to be invited along to this exclusive gig hosted by XFM Manchester.
The Wombats played first and to a full house then The Courteeners.
By this time the Courteeners were getting pretty big and this was a very small venue for them to be playing.
I had a few drinks with the band after the gig.
One of my favourite quotes from the evening was from the guitarist in the Courteeners who told me that this was just a social experiment for him to see if the quality of women he was going out with improved with the success of the band.
I don't know how that experiment turned out
