Gig Description

Not a typical Monday. Rush home from work to drive to Liverpool for a much anticipated gig.
Arrived at the Barfly nice early to see the support who were although i don't recall their name.
The Black keys came on and bashed out an amazing set. How could they make all that noise with just the two of them on stage.
This gig was 15 years ago and the Black Keys were on their second album. They now play stadiums and arenas but still relatively unheard of back then they were playing in front of a maximum crowd of 200, as that is the venues capacity.
I still listen to the first two albums with fondness and still think that the rawness of those tracks are their best work.
