Gig Description

I attended this gig with an ex whilst studying in Leeds (bought the tickets before the split and neither of us wanted to relinquish the chance to attend!). Remember them as being excellent live and am always pleased when guitar solos played live match the produced version (I'm talking to you, Gallagher!). However, the standout memory for me was when the crowd started chanting "ManchestOR" to the tune of "here we go" (imagine a really poor effort at a Manc accent by a predominantly yorkshire crowd) between a couple of songs. In a time when a lot of Brit Pop came out of the north west, an understandable mistake. Pretty sure the London based band saw the funny side...
