Gig Description

After seeing the Roses at Heaton Park for their big come back gig we had to watch then again.

A couple of strings pulled and we found ourselves amazingly on the guest list for the closing show of V 2012.

We arrived early evening presented with our VIP wristbands and headed for the VIP bar where we met Andrew Shim and Danielle Watson who were about to start filming This Is England 90.

I think Shane Meadows had sent them to familiarise themselves with the Stone Roses.

The gig itself was good and a great act to close the festival. As with any Stone Roses Gig it was a massive sing along.
